Tous les conductEURs supplémentaires doivent remplir les exigences de location. Les conductEURs supplémentaires doivent être présents au comptoir de location avec le locataire principal. Les conductEURs supplémentaires doivent signer le contrat de location. Un supplément journalier s'appliquera aux conductEURs supplémentaires. Le conductEUR supplémentaire ne peut être ajouté au contrat qu'au lieu de prise en charge.

L’âge minimal pour louer un véhicule est de 18 ans. Il n’y a pas d’âge limite. Les locataires âgés de 18 à 21 ans sont tenus de souscrire à la couverture dommages.

La couverture dommages avec protection contre le vol (CDW) ne constitue pas une assurance. La souscription de la protection CDW est facultative pour les catégories Économique à Routière et est obligatoire pour les catégories Premium et supérieures. Vous pouvez souscrire à la CDW moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Si vous souscrivez la protection CDW, nous acceptons, sous réserve des actions énumérées dans le contrat de location et qui invalident la protection CDW, de vous dégager contractuellement de toute responsabilité pour tout ou partie du coût des dommages ou de la perte du véhicule. Une franchise de 1000 USD s’applique. À défaut de souscrire à la protection CDW, le locataire est responsable du coût total des dommages causés au véhicule.

Pick-up/drop-off available free of charge during office hours to/from all local hotels. For out of hours pick-up and drop-off contact the Guam International Airport 649-0110.  Fees apply to non-hotel areas

Option 1- Plein effectué par nos soins

Cette option permet au locataire de payer le carburant utilisé mais non remplacé au terme de la location. Le prix sera supérieur au prix du carburant local.  Des frais supplémentaires peuvent être ajoutés.

Option 2- Plein effectué par vos soins

Cette option permet au locataire d’éviter les frais supplémentaires de carburant en restituant le véhicule avec la même quantité de carburant.

Customers must present a full and valid driving license.

An International driving license/permit is not required.

CNMI and all other US state-issued driving licenses are accepted.

Non-CNMI licenses are also accepted but are only valid for 30 days after arrival in Saipan.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) The purchase of Personal Accident Insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,00 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of $17,250 USD (500,00 DOP).

All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Cash and debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 200 USD for all vehicle categories.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. All drivers must have held their license for at least 1 year. In addition, all foreign renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID. A valid debit or credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. Customers can drive in the country of rental using their driving license from their country of origin for up to 1 month. If staying in the country longer, customers are required to obtain an International Driving Permit. Renters who do not reside in the country of rental must provide proof of return travel and accommodation information.

Third Party Liability (TPL) provides the customer with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibilitylaws of the country where the vehicle is operated

The Third Party Liability (TPL) limits is at $1,000,000 per occurrence/appregate which covers bodily injury/property and damage at a combined single limit of $1,000,000 to the third party claimant
